With effect from 29th May 2010, new and existing starhub broadband customers can experience 2 x speed boost on their broadband subscription.
How you can benefit from this change?
All MaxOnline Premium and MaxOnline Premium Plus customers enjoy a speed boost at no additional cost to their monthly subscription.
Download speed is boosted from 12Mbps to 30Mbps. Upload speed is boosted from 1.2Mbps to 2Mbps.
How to check for the speed boost?
You can check for your boosted MaxOnline download and upload speeds via StarHub bandwidth meter - http://utilities.starhub.com/conexon/en/UtilitiesStartFrame.jsp
For me, i prefer using the Speed Test website as it has a more user-friendly and easy to understand user interface.
